Certainly impossible to overlook the large table lamp "TANGO" designed by Stephan Copelan in 1980 for Arteluce, the prestigious Italian company founded by Gino Sarfatti in 1936 in Milan and an integral part of the Flos group since 1974, specialising in the production of high quality lamps, collaborating with some of the most famous designers worldwide. Sinuous and captivating shape which does not betray the significant age of the item (approx. 40 years is nothing to scoff at). An ambitious and successful project by the designer, who managed to create a true work of art which can assume infinite shapes and positions, which resemble the movements of one of the most beautiful dances, the Argentine tango.
Normal traces of wear which do not take away from the value of the item, especially on the support which houses the switch, as can be seen in the photos.
