Anthony Van Dijck (1599-1641) Attributed to - De Kruisiging - Toegeschreven aan

Rare painting by the famous southern Dutch painter Antoon (Anthony) van Dyck (1599-1641). Typical depiction of the crucifixion of Christ. Oil on hand-carved panel. There is a monogram in the wood, see picture. On the back are also some old labels. In old, custom-made frame, inlaid with a kind of green velvet.
The specified dimensions include the frame. The dimensions of both panels are approx. 37 x 17 cm.
The work was reportedly viewed by (the late) Prof. Willem Vogelsang who claimed that it was a work by van Dyck. Because there is no other documentation, I have to sell it as 'attributed to'.
