Rs: SAECVLI FELICIT - throne on which are seated two infant boys,

The coin has interesting historical context. Twin sons Commodus and Antoninus were born to Marcus Aurelius and Faustina Junior just a few months after Marcus Aurelius ascended the imperial throne. The former became emperor and the latter died at the age of four years.
