Adolf Hitler's NSDAP conceived the plan to build a "volkswagen" (a car of the people) in the 1930s. German workers were able to save stamps through the organization Kraft durch Freude so they could eventually buy a car for 999 Reichsmark. However, the Volkswagen was not freely available at the time. For those who wanted an affordable, fully-fledged car, Opel introduced a simpler version of the Olympia in 1937 and called it the Kadett.
This is a used vehicle.
The Opel can be viewed and picked up in Ewijk (Gelderland), the Netherlands.
Transport is possible via a transport company (costs are for the buyer).
