Rare original poster by Huey P Newton from 1969. In new condition! This poster was released in 1969 in a very limited edition during the captivity of Huey P Newton.

Huey Percy Newton (Monroe, Louisiana), 17th February 1942 - Oakland (California), 22nd August 1989) was a co-founder and leader of the "Black Panther Party", a militant African-American political organization. The Black Panthers, among other things, turned against the bad treatment of African-Americans by the police. Utilizing California state law, they decided to arm themselves and set up a civilian patrol to control the behaviour of cops.
Newton and Seale jointly wrote the Black Panther Program, whereby they were influenced by, among other things, the writings of Mao.
