Rare and beautiful lithograph from 1977 named " Hope " by the artist Louis TOFFOLI, French painter born in Trieste (Italy), in 1907 and died in 1999 in Paris. Louis Toffoli learned the technique of lithography in the workshops of Fernand Mourlot, great master lithographer (1895-1981 Paris). The scene depicts 2 Peruvian women and 2 young children. On vellum paper This artist's proof is a print of a print made in addition to the numbered current print. This print, excluding numbering, was therefore reserved for the use of the artist, making it a rarity. The work is signed Toffoli and bears the label "E. A." in order to distinguish it from the current print. The colours are beautiful and powerful in brightness. The original lithograph is in excellent condition.
